There's an inference that folk from countries where squat toilets are in common use must be a lot fitter than those that don't in order to be able to stand up again after one's 'deposit', especially the more senior ones - !Because in some parts of the world, "squat" toilets are still quite common.

It might mean both.Now does that mean that cyclists are not allowed to overtake, or are cars not allowed to overtake cyclists?
