CO-OP couldn’t afford the financial vouchers from the converted points 😂. In all seriousness, it’s going to be one expensive do for the tax payer. What ? Not the co-op ?!!!

This is where BBC sounds comes into its own, I'll listen to some Liz tributes later this week but tonight I can listen to anything else instead on catch up.The BBC is for everyone, and that means people who don't really care about the Royal family or the Queen. This is the schedule for ALL of BBC radio, seems a bit overkill to me ?

I think you're spending too much time alone, Milzy.
Operation Unicorn, with her death being in Scotland.Operation London Bridge planned since she got the job. All staff briefed and service personnel now being mobilised as per plan even down to getting crown adjusted to fit the king
Except it's not, is it? They did it for Philip too. And Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon. It's sick, some fawning royalists at broadcasters getting their jollies off from being able to cancel all programming other than what they believe people should listen to.It’s only a couple of hours, once in 70 years.
Spotify and youtube, plus all the streaming services are still pumping out their usual stuff.
Global Radio did the same, no Capital or Heart, just LBC across the network.
I'm fairly sure that stamping things with the head of a Royal corpse is treason or similar! But the important question is:
are stamps with her head still valid?
There's been two plans in place for a number of years now. One of those is being followed, and no-one is falling to pieces.Except it's not, is it? They did it for Philip too. And Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon. It's sick, some fawning royalists at broadcasters getting their jollies off from being able to cancel all programming other than what they believe people should listen to.
Announce it, tell people where to find more detail, then keep calm and carry on. Falling to bits is not very British. Keep it respectful and dignified but proportionate.
Who's doing that?I'm fairly sure that stamping things with the head of a Royal corpse is treason or similar!
I suppose our National Anthem will now be changed to "God Save The King" and other changed words. It will seem odd for quite a while to hear it at football matches etc. I think it might be Last Night Of The Proms this coming Saturday. If so it'll be the first time we'll hear it at a prestigious event.🤔
As in it's not on the BBC or any other TV?! If so, that is sad news!Nope, they've pulled the plug on the Last Night of the Proms
I suppose we'll all remember to our dying day, where we were, what we were doing when she passed away.🤔
