Just checked on Wiki. 98% of the city is designated as rural which is somewhat of a contradiction for what a city is.

There is really no such term. They are all 'gulls' of various species eg
(Can only speak about the area I have lived/holidayed).
•Herring gull. Very common and likely to nick your ice cream/chips etc.
•Common gull. Not so common.
