Today (20th April) I received a late payment reminder from my broadband provider. I paid the bill on the 3rd April, the reminder is dated the 5th April and it took 15 days to arrive... what fecking class of mail are they using?

I had a document sent by the tax office well before the easter holidays using 2nd class. From the post marks and date of the letter it took 14 days to arrive to me. No idea what is going on. Thought it was an anomaly. Perhaps not...

maybe there's a special 3rd or 4th class for big organisations, who probably pay the RM a few pence per letter?

I saw this the other day. Why buy what's probably a single wheat biscuit in skimmed milk for what was £1.50, when you could make your own by putting say 2 or 3 from a packet in a drinks bottle, using whatever type of milk you fancy?🤔

Delivery standards are shot to pieces.During my eleven years walking the streets. Each walk was in a delivery book, held in the delivery office.you had to be in that street at that time or else.Lord knows what happens now.I am sure some days mail is held back.

There are several of these for sale on eBay with descriptions suggesting they were originally for Bass pub landlord s in Yorkshire.
Rose is the wrong way up. Two of the Three Ridings have the rose with the petal at the top, head, arms and legs. The East Riding is different.
