Hi

Would be interesting to see what people are running on their bikes:bicycle:. If you have more than one:unsure: commuting bike please put both sizes if different. If I have left out your tyre apologies pls shame me in the comments:shy:.

As for me I am running with 700c X 42 although changing shortly. Very comfortable but can be a bit slow:tired:. Seem to get more flats on bigger tyres:evil:. Also love high PSI:wub:!!!

I run 700c x 25 simply because that's what came on the bike, I was donated some more 25s so they will be going on next as well :okay:

I have 25mm on my road bike and 32mm on my hybrid. I use which ever bike I feel like on the day. During the winter months I put 38mm studded tyres on my hybrid. I don't use my road bike much when it's dark.

25mm for me, I went to 23mm and didn't like it, felt a bit twitchy and nervous. Played around with pressure but in the end went back to 25 all year round

In 5 years of commuting on my tourer with 700 x37c I think I've only had one or two flats. I occasionally commute on my audax bike which has 700 x 25.

Anything from my road bike on 25s through my tourer on 25-35s to my MTB on 26x2.1" depending on which bike I take, what the bike has been doing previously and whether I'm going for a ride after woork.

Thinner is a bit quicker to a point, but I find there's not an absolutely massive difference between anything other thanthe knobblies on the MTB.

32's except the Winter and Snow Marathons are 35's. I have regular 35mm Marathon pluses too but not used them since using the 32mm ones. Gerry

All of my bikes are used for commuting and only two of them have the same sizes - 2 on 23s, the others are on 25s, 28s, 32s, 35s and 40s.
