I'm usually on 26x1.5 as I have some sketchy streets on my commute, sometimes 700x28 if I get out the Technium for speed, or 650A on the Raleigh Sports for the charm factor inherent therein.

23cs always. I try and avoid the craters, grooves and sudden dips that London chucks at me. I use really cheap tyre too. Vittoria Rubinos. For under a tenner, they really are excellent.

Until they were nicked, both my best bike and winter commuter were running 700x23 - largely because they didn't have space for anything else.
The new bike (which I haven't got yet) comes with 700x28... have to see if there's any improvement in ride quality - but until it turns up my current commuting machine is running 205/50R17

23 front, 25 rear. For some reason this mix gives me much less road buzz than either all 23s or all 25s. Doesn't make any sense at all I know but I fitted the wrong size on the front by accident after a cut (didn't realise I'd bought the 'wrong' size) and then found it much more comfortable.

700x23 summer and winter although i do switch to the MTB when it gets bad so 26x1.5

32 but that's because they were cheaper than 35...

Strangely I find 700c X 32 are one of tthe cheapest sizes you can get! Even with good branded tyres this size seems to come in cheaper:okay:. Maybe this size is not very popular I think people tend to choose 28 or 35.
