I suspect the striking-off notice was to do with the late filing of the confirmation statement (CS01). The most recent CS01 was made up to 14th March 2023 but was only filed on 2nd June. The striking-off notice was published on 6th June but the process had probably been started before the CS01 had been received. The striking-off was discontinued the following day (today), once the CS01 had been processed.

As you say, not related to going into administration per se - although knowing that that is/was in the pipeline, it makes one wonder why the confirmation statement was so late.

And a confirmation statement takes seconds to do. Folk being lazy, ah, not due for a few months, I'll file it here = Forgotten.

Not entirely on topic but in the early 2000s the directors of the company I was working for called an impromptu all-hands meeting. "We'd like to introduce you to Bill and Ben [whatever their names were] They are the Administrators. It's their company now."

It was quite surreal. We all had a feeling it was coming but were still surprised when it actually happened. I remember the first administrator to speak had a strong Welsh accent. We all gathered our personal bits and pieces and went to the pub.

For the price, the quality of PX and OnOne bibs is fantastic, when I look at price of Rapha, Assos etc, I wonder how much profit they are making on their inflated prices, I have a pair of 3/4 Assos tights, they are good but not worth the full retail price, I got them cheap at York Rally one year.
