Just found DS7 up for £80,000 a 1 is said to be worth up to 4 times as much.
When I see a plate like DS 26 or BOB 26 my first thought is that there are 25 people in this country with more money and or less sense. My second thought is TO55 ERS.

DS was Peeblesshire. Slightly off topic I went to see Jason Bourne last night with Mrs Celine. In one scene he gets into a taxi in London with the registration L nnn LKS. We both immediately whispered to each other 'Roxburgh number plate'.

.............and if I see him at the Haudagain roundabout and he's not using the correct sequence of indicators, I will be reporting back on here :okay:.
I think I'm back up there on Friday.
You may well see him
Mr M has Friday off to do a few jobs at our flat, which is located straight through the Haudigan at the bottom of the drive, in the wee green belt estate.

I sometimes come that way, along Mugiemoss Road to avoid the queues on Auchmill Road when I come out of Dyce. If last Friday is anything to go by, he'll be well gone by the time I leave. I got away from Wellheads at 7.50 pm. Finished my shift at 11.30 pm (started at 9 am). And they wonder why I won't work more than 3 days per week!
Just to stay on topic, the company I usually drive for - Saints Transport (based at Heathrow) have some decent plates, all ending STS. M4 STS, A11 STS, and numerous other STS plates of less note.

I was thinking of something similar earlier today, this seems to be turning into one of those threads that pops up every now and again - things that people do that we don't like, that wind us up when they really shouldn't.

The plates aren't my cup of tea, but it's their money so it's upto them what they do with it.

If you see a chubby bird wobbling along the path on the A90 wearing an orange helmet give us a wave :hello:

When i was a kid in Leicester the mayor had the plates on his car ABC 123. I dont know if the mayor today still has it. On another note all the east European must be picking up some cheap personalised plates [zyk 1 ] etc
