One of my favourite cycling haunts is the Holkham estate in north Norfolk. For years I could just see a nicely located bench under some trees, some distance from the cycle path, but there was always someone sat there every bloody time I rode past.
Eventually I thought sod it, I'm going to sit there and whoever's there today Will have to put up with a cyclist. Then I got there....
(Lord Liecester and dog Swazi).
