Hi i haven't had hayfever for many years. My latest protection now is this
Every 2 days i eat raw organic broccoli or spinach with half an organic tomato and a little
bannana, they have to be organic, pesticides are bad for us. Advice on how to eat broccoli or spinach if you don't like them
Cut the tomato and bannana in pieces and eat only the stems of the broccoli and cut them up as well.
put a small piece of tomato in your mouth first, then the little chunk of broccoli, then chew. The tomato or bannana takes the taste
off.
Its a good idea to consider it as medicine and take nothing, food or water for an hour, before or after, let it digest in your body
naturally. The broccoli one is very filling, and leaves a bad taste on your mouth though, but it is a great protection from sickness
and flu,
and the media say protects us from cancer. I can eat more foods with pesticides in the evenings but try to put more organic
food in your diet, pesticides cause me hayfever.Try it for a week, with your medicines and nasal spray, then don't use the
medicines and the nasal spray, and you should be clear, forever as long as you eat the organic vegetables in hay fever season,
Note you might have to have it 3 days on 3 days off on a trot, but its worth trying.I can only tolerate broccoli for 2 days on
a trot,spinach 3.Regards John.

Welcome to the forum. Just wondering if you have run a scientific study and anyway what has this got to do with cycling?

That's really nice. Why didn't I think of it? There I was, thinking that just swallowing a good old inorganic Loratatine tablet once a day if I think it is going to be hayfewer day, was good enough. That was me thinking that because it is cheap and available in 14-day packs for lss than £2, it is convenient. Little did I know that if I gnaw on an organic broccoli stem after checking my chakra alignment and supplement it with a dash of plantain and swallow it down with distilled H2O, I would be better off and stop sneezing and scratch my eyeballs out. What was I thinking? Thank god I now see the light. I never even considered trotting around for three days until it kicked in. I just assumed that 20 minutes was an acceptable waiting time before going out and face the killer pollen. Now I know better. Wait three days before going out and the remedy kicks in? A mere three days? Surely life without sneezing is worth that? Plus, you get a free fasting session chucked in with the deal. What a bargain, I may as well celebrate Ramadan whilst I'm at it.

You're never too old to learn someting new. #loratadinekills.

I wonder if by some wonderful coincidence the OP has a vested interest in growing or selling organic brocoli, spinach or tomatoes?

Wouldn't it be lovely if they returned and posted a link to their product?

And if you happen to be allergic to broccoli, what then?

Won't the broccoli cause breath problems.

I love broccoli myself, grow too, but, alas, I don't suffer from hay fever, cannot test the OP's theory.

Not on this mod's watch!
No apparent link to any actual product

so it might be someone genuinely trying to pass on information that he/she believes will help a lot of people
Mod Note:
Indeed this was my thinking.
Granted, a bit of an odd first post on a cycling forum, but no spam.
