Hello, my name is Pedro Castro Amare, actually I'm preparing a long trip on my bike from Fort Lauderdale to Boston for the beginning of september, since it's going to be my first long trip touring the atlantic coast, i'm looking for any kind of info that i can find in order to fully prepare the route. I should say as well that I'm a reporter and would be filming and taking pics on the route in order to prepare if it's possible a short doc, so any kind of advise it will be appreciated, especially which way would be better to take after I leave A1A in Florida, I have heard that Route 17 could be a good choice for part of the route.
Thnks

Hello Pedro and Welcome to the CC forums.

Good luck with the touring expedition ;) - unfortunately like arallsopp it is a subject of which I have no knowledge.

Hi, new member. I've been cycling for a couple of years. I regularly commute to work in London (a 17 mile round trip every day) and ride at weekends. I'm doing LeJOG starting 25th July, I've done Land's End to Kendal before so I have a reasonable idea what to expect! I started cycling when I hit 40 as I have no desire to slip quietly into middle age. No, I'm going to go kicking and screaming!

This weekend I'm riding from Brighton to London, taking in the infamous Ditchling Beacon as a training run, can't wait. Hello to all my fellow cyclists and happy cycling.

I'll answer that after seeing how much I struggle up Ditchling  Thanks for the kind words.

Welcome babeloo.

Look forward to hearing how you get on with Ditchling, and good luck with the LEJoG. Hope to see you on the road some time.

Hi, New to this so not sure I've posted in the right place! Cycle quite a bit, both on and off, and in a moment of madness have agreed to try LEJOG next year, so will be looking for all the hints and help I can get.

Hello!

Returned to cycling in January after giving up the day after I passed my Driving Test 17 years ago!

Currently riding my MTB on local paths and roads. I'm a girl who isn't afraid of getting my hands dirty to fix/mess with my bike.

Looking forward to getting stuck into reading and participating in the forums.
