Hi All,
I'm Michael, from the NIMBY Capitol of the UK. The Mole Valley in Surrey. Been riding three or four times a week since getting my first proper bike, a Merida RideLite 91, in May. Did my first sportive in mid October, a very wet Boxhill Original. Only the short version to start off. Just hope I can maintain the fitness I've attained during the shorter, colder days!
I'm looking forward to trawling through the forum and reading everyone's opinions and thoughts.

Hi I am Chris, am 43 and sat on a bike for the first time since my 20s back in July. Just started taking it seriously and spent way too much on kit and such like as I am doing a 86 mile sportive in the spring. Just brought a Giant Defy 1, still surprised I got away with that one with my good lady, but trying to use my much older and slower second hand bike through the winter to save the new toy, but may give up on this if it doesn't buck up and stop having "issues"!

Bon Soir. Another Norfolk boy here, been cycling regularly for a couple of years now, regular in as much as a short daily commute of 10 miles with 40 to 60 milers when time, wife and children allow it.

Just sold my Felt z95 and treated myself to a Ribble r872. Hoping to give it its maiden voyage this weekend although i may cry if it gets even slightly dirty.

Hi all. New here and looking for help and hopefully longer term chat.
Living in East London and riding into the city.

I've been cycling to work and general pootling about for about four years now.
I am still riding the compromise hybrid I bought when I started this addictive activity but know I need to finally do something about that.

Hope you can all help in that and any tasks to come.

Hi all, my name is Dave from Stretford Manchester I was out on the bike yesterday with 2 mates cycling up Holme Moss in a 60mph wind when we got talking about this website so here we go I've joined look forward to hearing lots of cycling tails.

Tin Pot here.

I don't like bikes, commuting by bike, or even cyclists much, really.

However, I had to buy a bike to take part in triathlons and Longshot recommended this forum to me...so blame him.

I'm at the Wiggle Hellfire event, so you can throw real stones there.

Cheers,

TP

I don't seem to be able to post in threads, which is probably a restriction that shouldn't be lifted in my case.

How can I get someone to tell me that SKS Chromoplastic Mudguards (Narrow) will fit my Cinelli Experience 2013 w. the standard Vittoria tyres?
