Hi,

how do you go about creating a new thread or sending a personal message? i'm new
Hi Chris.:hello:

To post a new thread there is a button at the top right of the page under the search box. (Doesn't appear when you are in an existing thread, just the forum pages.)

As an anti-spam measure you can't send PM's until you have a certain number of posts under your belt.

It's a specialized allez sport. Only been out a few times so far, mostly just around the local part to get used to clipping in and out before facing cars. Braved a 22km ride today and can still walk so thats good. Might not be so happy tomorrow though.

Hi all, just signed up to Cycle Chat - really impressed by the friendly nature of this forum. Anyway I returned to cycling about 2 years ago when I moved to London in my mid 20s. After the hybrid I bought a road bike this winter as I look to do more than just the daily commute this year!

Signed up today, as I was browsing forums on Tapatalk. Bought my Boardman at Christmas as other family members had taken up cycling and we've entered a few events. First for me was supposed to be today, London to Reading but it's been postponed for a few weeks. Also signed up for the Surrey cyclone on the 21st April.

Been progressively riding further and further each training ride and really enjoying it, is very addictive and buying nice new shiny bits

Hi everyone, been browsing this site, (a lot) and decided to join in a bit. I have been cycling since a kid, but only just bought a "racer" after having mountain bikes the last 25 years. I bought a Dawes Giro 300 in January, but decided it was a bit big, and wanted something nicer, so now have a Allez 2009, and I love it. This weather is getting me down though, done a couple of 35 milers and a few 15 milers. Aim for the summer is a 70 miler maybe. This forum seems a very good place to just read and see other peoples experiences and tips. Might start posting a bit more once I get me feet throught he door
