I was trying to order replacement blades for my Dad's Remington shaver. It is a fiver cheaper to buy a complete new shaver of the same model than it is to buy replacement blades.

No wonder we produce so much waste.

We have broken grey cloud here which has gone slightly pink in the gaps. I think it is dry out but I haven't really looked.

Almost clear blue sky with a nice crisp frost.
Garden bird feeders have been topped up.
First cuppa went down well.
Another weekend with zero bike mileage 😞

The weather has brightened up.
I'm wondering if I could get my Orbit that I repaired rideable. My thigh is still niggling a bit, especially when getting up.

Home building and contents renewal arrived this morning - it's gone up by 30% as they've removed the price guarantee that would match it to the price for a new customer. As a result the automatic renewal has been cancelled and I've found the same coverage for £10 than last year's price - with the same company

Mine arrived yesterday as well from Aviva £6.09 less than last years
Its the one that covers pedal bicycles (inc legal ebikes) to the individual value of £2,500; plus all parts, spares and accessories.
Brighter day it seems with the sun apparent but currently only 2.

Bit hard as they are not earning, I also had to feed both kids so with fuel and food £50 round trip and everyone else in the family thinks I'm overacting cus I wasn't happy

Good morning from Suffolk. It's been a cold and very frosty start to the day with bright sunshine and clear skies.
Coffee has been had and I've remembered to get the burger & a bap out of freezer for tea later on. A load of washing is also being done thanks to the excess of electricity being produced.
Haven't decided yet whether today will be a walking or riding day.

I'm with Aviva as well - partly for the same reason as you and partly because they were decently priced. I was just narked that they removed the renewal price guarantee so I had to go through the whole 'new customer' quote to get the decent price.
