Working out if I want to do battle with Eon again re our gas/electric smart meters. One has been bust since feb last year and one since oct.
They can't get the data off them but know they are still online. Yet they know we've saved energy on the right days, time and amount.
Told us we have and paid us for it. But still keep asking for meter readings.
Even 3rd party app I now use is able to show live meter data.

I have rushed round and filled our bins and put them out the front . I discovered that I left our outside light on all night !

I had the joy of attempting to speak to a real human, via a telephone, at our local council offices yesterday.
I'm almost certain that the first woman going through all the options and telling me that they are recording my call to train porpoises was Jo Brand!
