I am still waiting for more details about the cycle Tours with added refreshments stops that @Andy in Germany thought about planning....... sometime next year!

As an added incentive to go cycling a rod with a piece of cake on could be mounted ahead of the handlebars .

I'm having problems with my little people! They won't keep still! I'm using a touch screen . Each time I try to load them to choose which one to use they disappear before I get a chance to pick ! Bl**dy irritating!

Sun appeared above the horizon this morning at about 0840 in a notch formed by Morvern on one side and Mull on the other where the Sound takes a turn in a more easterly direction.
Just on the Morvern edge is where the wreck of a cargo boat was undiscovered for many years. The crew took to the lifeboat before the vessel sank and rowed to Tobermory where the local hotel took them in.
Dry clear but cold and frosty morning and the lights of the gritting lorry passing wakened me about 6 o'clock.

we got a cpl inches of snow. but first, we got some rain & then freezing temps. so the snow got to sit on top of that.

fun combo for the 18 wheelers this morning, which are now littering the highways & flipping over. one presumably w/ hazardous waste

On Winter Watch last night they showed a spider which had caught a Bat. If I found one I would give it a go with a blowtorch !

On Winter Watch last night they showed a spider which had caught a Bat. If I found one I would give it a go with a blowtorch !

Is that how the spider caught the bat?
