On the hunt today for non J & J 'talc' for the GLW, went into Roy's, a local and well known regional firm. Found some non J & J, but no price on the shelf. Decided the queue was too long to wait, so as I left, I remarked to the security lad at the door about the missing price tag.
He immediately said that if I showed him where the item was, he would find out. Showed him, he went behind the till, thus 'overriding' the queue and had it scanned for the price. Good price, sold - !

Now that is a grand example of good customer service - !
