Hmm....

I've been told to book a certain date off in October, as something's happening

It's not actually on my birthday, but 'senior management' has told me that something's been arranged for me, that's all she'll say on the matter

I mentioned something last September that I fancied doing, as it's a 'big number' this year, so whether that's what's been arranged??
She did baulk at the quite scary (as I've just reminded myself by looking) costs shown on the relevant website, so I have a 2nd theory as to what it is

Also a 3rd theory, which is a Gretsch G6120, but why would I need a day off to get a guitar?

Another lovely day, although still not warm.

Another mundane day completed at work, this time in the peace and quiet of the home office. Only five hours to work tomorrow.

Another theatre night, another play. I enjoyed tonight's evening if it was a bit heavy.

I think I will take an early night.

Managed to drop a mattock on my thumb this morning. Not the kind of thing you want to drop on your thumb but lesson learned. Don’t hang heavy tools in the shed on flimsy nails. Thumb still attached so all good. 👍
