The most tedious part of marmalade prep is de-pipping the Seville oranges.
Making another batch of double orange i.e. one part Seville to one part sweet oranges. Although this year's Lane Late crop is not as sweet / good flavour as in previous years. The Navelinas I used for the first batch were much nicer.

I apologise for the smell of garlic wafting around cycle chat this evening, but I cooked tartiflette for supper.
There's something inherently comforting about the combination of potato, cheese, bacon, onions, garlic and cream...

Semolina is another nice pudding.
Today's 73 plate truck has 284882 kilometres on the odometer and has taken me so far, to Tamworth. Soon, it will take me to Sinfin, Derby, where the trailer will smell nice as it will be loaded with 26 pallets of flowers 💐
