95/58 59 pulse. I got up and felt a bit woozy! Perhaps that's the reason.

Time for work and some clean undergarments seeing as it's Tuesday 😂

I think there is a bit of an improvement on my back but still not that great. I'll work from home again I think. I could do the walk to the office as I'm okay once I get going, but I have a surprisingly heavy rucksack full of laptop, docking station and assorted computer stuff to carry.

Good morning from a miserably damp, overcast and chilly Suffolk. Mostly been that misty wetness and now with added drizzle.
Coffee has been had with a slice of toast to follow shortly for breakfast.
Nothing to do today except to go shopping for milk and some food for today.

Another loaf ordered for Monday - !

Arrived for said loaf and was asked to return in twenty minutes as it was still in the oven.
But on the bright side, how often does anyone go for a loaf of bread and it's still very warm from the baking - ?
Can't get fresher than that - !

My blood pressure has gone up now but I'm going to take it easy today . So no excitement please!
My PSA test from yesterday shows that it is still going up. I have an appointment next week at the RUH in Bath to see what happens next.

Had my blood pressure taken by a nurse at our local GP surgery for record updating a few days ago.
I know that my BP is around the 120/80 mark, give or take.
When she did mine, the reading was 139/98 - ! I challenged this, even having the temerity to ask how often their BP monitors are calibrated.
She didn't know, but more tellingly, no further readings were taken.
Did my BP after I got back home and it was 125/ 78, so it does make one wonder that if you don't know what your various 'measurements' should be, how are you going to know when they're wrong, as in this instance - ?

It tastes lovely when warm.
I can remember my brother and I tunneling into a loaf that the baker had just delivered . It was still warm and tasted so nice that we couldn't stop eating it. We ended up halfway into the loaf.

My blood pressure is notoriously low: I've been known to pass out for a few seconds on occasion. Usually this happens in spring when temperatures go up suddenly.

It gave me the perfect excuse once though "Sorry I'd passed out when you asked me to do that"...

Is there a way to stop C C from sending me emails? It's filling up our computer and I never read emails anyway!

What programme do you use to read emails, it should be possible to autodelete them.

Mrs MY had rather a lot of emails from a certain company that does not give you the option to cancel their emails. So I created a filter to return them to various addresses at said company.
