Suppose you fall and break the USB stick with what you need printing/sharing on it. And it's the only copy!

Good point. Should I wear a helmet, do you think?

It's Tuesday, thanks Wales NHS. In Cardiff, time for them to cancel the appointment. Whilst it's really expensive.

So far so good. Just convi
I fail to see what Donald Trump has to do with the proliferation of bird flu in the US... The article below doesn't mention Trump once

He is, therefore he is to blame

Quite rightly so in my opinion.

He is recognised as responsible for over 95% of cycle punctures.

A little while back, I got my hands (thanks to a friend's knowledge and sharp eyes) on the programme for Paul Warwick's first ever race meeting - at Aldershot in March of 1981. Tonight, I managed to get the programme for his last ever stock car race meeting in November of 1985 - a nice bit of symmetry, because that too, was at Aldershot. Sadly the old oval at Tongham is no more.

Incidentally, Paul won both his first and last stock car races.

Another day of work completed. Slowly starting to work out what I am supposed to be doing but still no supervisor.

No call back from the builder's secretary (why am I surprised).

I ventured out for a nice twenty miles under the moon and stars this evening. It was cold though. Wouldn't surprise me if there is a slight frost by morning.

I had plans to ride the Boyne Valley Greenway this weekend, something I had waited to do since it was opened last May. Unfortunately, I have just cancelled the accommodation I had booked a few weeks ago as apparently, the Greenway is blocked by about twelve trees as the fallout from Éowyn. I've re-scheduled for the end of February instead. A pity, as the weather forecast for Meath this weekend looked good.

Best cancel appointment story must be mine.So i am sat in the skin dept waiting room 10 mins before my appointment,my mobile goes off.Well before i could find it,it stopped ringing. So i sat there and waited and waited and waited. So after seeing an old man and his middle age son come in and go straight to a cubicle,i went to the desk, what is going on,i have been sat here well over my appointment time, and seeing those two come in and go straight thorough. He then checks his list, sorry your appointment has been cancelled. When i asked, the time was given,i was sat over there when you rang, this lady booked me in on that computer.Well i am not leaving, and i sat down with other patients who saw how angry i was,Twenty mins later in was seen.

Sorry, in the realms of incompetence the Welsh beat the crap out of allcommers.
How do they justify the salary they all think is too low.
Many of them couldn't collect trolleys at Tescos.
Not helped by a relative who grapples with a different take on reality.

This time thirteen years ago, I was in the local A&E having slipped on ice and splitting my head open. The early hours of this morning was the last time I've been given a painkiller. In this case a local anaesthetic lignocaine, so they could stich the cut close.

What happened in the seconds, and minutes, after was a first for most in the department. Will never be repeated, with me, at least.
