It amazes me how well most of them do pull it off. As if it can’t be difficult enough learning lines and what you are supposed to be doing, but keeping up an accent constantly too. Hats off to them. Martin Compston in Line of Duty seemed to totally lose his Scottish accent. I don’t know how they do it.

I have problems sometimes with English actors who seem to have problems opening their mouths to pronounce the words.Thank goodness for subtitles.
Out There was the program was watching we didn’t need subtitles

Good morning from Suffolk where it's another cloudy start to the day, but a little brighter than recent mornings and still dry. Coffee has been had and a bowl of own brand 'Shreddies' are soaking in a bowl of milk to get them to the correct softness for breakfast.

What I end up doing later on will depend on the advancing and expanding rain band.

Cassie has a poorly tootsie, cut on something.

Daddy has a hole in his credit card.

Anyone got any ideas for preventing a dog's paw from getting wet when outside. Vet suggested a poo bag & elastic band but that didn't last long.

All credit to her, she was very very good when the wet washed her foot.

You get rubber booties but obviously no good for just now, but might be handy to have in case of any future paw cuts.

Whilst I was at the cat sanctuary this morning, someone arrived to drop off a cat for rehoming. her 'other half' sat in their car for about twenty five minutes or so - with the engine running.
It was a a diesel engine, so as I've alluded to in a previous post, is there something about diesel engines that requires the driver to leave the engine running that I'm unaware of - ?
Never noticed this with petrol engine vehicles.

Keeping warm? I've been known to do it when someone pops into a shop for a newspaper I have on my iPad.

That's really living under pressure.

Oh shoot the bacon has burned in the air fryer.....
The only problem is cleaning the air fryer.

It works well for sausage as well.
Can I make fried bread in the air fryer?
Let's find out.

Don't tell my cardiologist, please...
Be interested to hear the result.

Well, I know I can. Home made milk loaf and butter - magnificent.
Maybe the bacon and 2 eggs was a bit over the top

Sounds about right to me. Using butter instead of oil?

Actually, I might try it.
