Had a fabby supper of caulisprout cheese and a tuna & salad onion melt.

Quite a good day was had - there was even almost sunshine in Norfolk.
Return train ride to Norwich, three pints while there and a hot chocolate while waiting for the connecting home train at Ipswich all for £6.25 with various codes and the delay/repay taken into consideration. A recovery snooze was had on the sofa once home.

Now time for another hot chocolate

went to see the Turner exhibition in Edinburgh today, the queue was estimated to be 3 hours, so we went for a walk and a meal instead

He talked about "Catch and release"? I thought that just referred to wild animals that ventured too far into civilisation.

If the country is so great why can't he share the resources? Isn't sharing and helping others part of what anyone should be doing? I could go on, but then I would have to report myself for talking politics.

Still have back pain, still -19C here, not much change, except I saw both my GP and podiatrist one right after the other because a GP appointment was cancelled by another patient who found it too cold to go out, so I got to go today, I appreciated them getting me an appointment today.

Had a lovely evening taking some watercolour paints across a piece of Langford's hot pressed paper. Time to pack up, bank the fire for the night and head off to bed.
