First cuppa brewing
Garden bird feeders have been topped up
No blue sky this morning just greyness and things seem damp and frozen rather than solid and frozen so might be getting warmer

Good morning from a bitterly cold but bright & sunny Suffolk. The thick white frost on the ground looks lovely and means I'm not going anywhere for a while until the defrost has started. Coffee has been had.

A load of washing is currently being dealt with by the machine. If I put it on the whirlygig when it's done, will it freeze dry?

Are the pressures correct, and even?

Solid ones. Unfortunately the chair has gone back. The Rep got it wrong and I couldn't keep the chair for longer. So I'm on the crutches. Moving better this morning. It was invaluable for my first 24 hours though. Can bear weight more.

Looks like I've torn my adductor muscle where it anchors to the pelvic bones. Would explain why the pain is to the rear of my groin area.

Won't "like" the post, but hope being on crutches again builds some upper body strength.

Solid ones.

We run swmbo wheel chair on solid tyres as nothing worse than getting a flat whilst it's in use

The chilly frosty starts are with us again and yet again folk are defrosting their cars usually by just leaving the engines running; the preferred option it seems now, regardless of pollution, or scraping away with whatever comes handy.
As de icer spray is widely available, why doesn't anyone take this easier option - ?
Legend has it that de icer rots windscreen rubbers, but as a Wilco employee says, if it does, why is de icer still sold - ?
I've been using de icer for many years and never noticed any detrimental effect on the windscreen rubbers on any of my cars.

Tepid water does the de-icing nicely, not too hot or you can break the screen (thermal shock) but handwarm will do it
