Only two more days of training left and all assignments passed. Our outgoing manager called in to see us today and just shrugged his shoulders and said he has no idea what we are supposed to be doing next week. Someone has clearly dropped the ball.

Another dreich day. I ventured out for a twenty miles. Not much wind unlike all my other rides this week but some horrible showers and it's turned noticeably colder. I could have done with another layer.

Ah! They got the Fail to Plan bit then?

It is still dark out.
We are going to Bath R.U. H. This morning to see to see a Urologist.

My LG is the same as its default setting is the app screen but there is buried in its settings an option to set what appears when switched on as the last channel or HDMI input viewed. Its also bit sluggish changing channels, Seems to be TVs these days are app focused rather than viewing broadcast channels and it can take some time to work out how to access things quickly.

It is really pleasing me off!

Gym done now resting up , before a bit of tidy up in time for the man arriving to replace our smart metres.
Only taken about 3 years and change in supplier to get them replaced.

Good morning from Suffolk where it's another grey and breezy start to the day with some added chillyness thrown into the mix. Coffee has been had and today looks like being a mostly indoors type of day.

Please accept my apologies for the background noise, but it's the banging & drilling of the solar panels being fitted.

A bit wet out this morning on my way to work. I'm first in again. I often wonder why I bother getting here on time when nobody else does.

Awaiting my trainer's excuse for being late this morning. I'm always waiting for him to complain about being held up by cyclists!

Fine, dry (now) early morning.
The vegetarian, sub-continental meal last night took its toll.
Uncomfortable wind with the inevitable exclamations.
Still very windy.

Do wonder if I should eat even more vegetables or avoid them.
