A relaxing day was had. It was really dull all day but didn't actually rain. It was pretty windy though.

I did venture out for about 25 miles on the the single speed. Some gears might have been appropriate into the wind but I made it. A good test of the legs.

Out now for my Sunday evening live music fix. The price of a pint of Guinness has gone up by 10 Cent

That sort of thing happens when things are in short supply.

The arrival of the refund in my bank account this morning prompted a change of plan for the day as I decided to treat myself to bacon rolls for tea. This meant an additional few miles on the walk to make up for the naughtiness factor of the meal and I ended up with just under 8 miles underfoot. Quite mild and strangely less breezy by the seafront than inland and it also resulted in a 10 minute snooze being had in the armchair when I got home.
