Well, Norfolk turned out to be just as dull, damp and chilly as Suffolk but I didn't let that put me off getting in the planned ride.As I was using the car for the first time since 5th November, I also got a bit of bulky shopping done at the Tesco & Aldi near the car park while I had the carrying capacity.

I'm trying a new tin of hot chocolate - Twinings Swiss chocolate drink - but I'm not sure if the expense (£5 for 350g) is worth it.

Tesco's "Finest" Santo Domingo single origin is what I buy. It's something like £1.50 cheaper than the Twinings and is very nice.

Week four of my training completed. At this I'll be an expert in coming up with excuses for being late to work!

I tidied up my flat after work before having the last of my homemade vegetable soup.

I was due to be meeting a few friends this evening but it's been cancelled as some people are sick.

Looks like a relaxing evening to catch up with some reading.

I give in, what is it that requires you to undertake 4 weeks training?

Will the world be a better place?
Will you become (more) attractive to ( insert your choice here)?
Will you be able to play the xylophone?
Dance the polka?
