Another clear sky this morning but the sun has not yet appeared. Temp 0.1C when I got up and the car windscreens are all iced up.
Nothing planned apart from sorting medications and reordering where necessary.
Later I will have to download the new Calmac app which has had very mixed reactions so far. It was only available on android but hopefully they have sorted that out.
My iPad is very old so I hope that it works on that as well as my phone and MacBook.

I have just taken some vitamins. I noticed a jar containing "Complete B"! I know that some people can be right "B's" but I didn't know they needed regularly topping up !

Good morning from a miserable and very soggy Suffolk thanks to plenty of overnight rain. Coffee has been had with a couple of custard cream biscuits.

Other than necessary shopping and bedding changing/washing there's little to do today, although if this grotty weather continues I'll probably end up doing other domestics rather than going out.

I thought it was called Vitamin B complex.

I learnt a couple of weeks ago that vitamin D isn't actually a vitamin. I think vitamin E should be promoted.

Back from a 4 hour ride. Colder than forecast with min 2C and average 4C. Stopped in bakery to see me through the final hour. Did see any other cyclists out. Currently defrosting with green tea.
