Good morning from Suffolk where we have that rarity for this month so far - a bright and sunny start to the day.

Due to having a late night winding down from yesterday evenings outing, coffee has not long been had and there's a load of washing in the machine which I hope to get on the whirlygig to dry in the sunshine & breeze. Nothing else needs to be done today so I'm hoping to get out for a couple of hours of fresh air on the bike.

Do any of you hear violin music just as something dramatic is about to happen whilst you are out on your bikes?
It always seems to happen in films !

Only when that irritating Central Asian guy with a cheap violin and a loudspeaker is playing along with some squally music down by the supermarket. When he was at the Walgreens by the office you could hear him 2 blocks away, cadging from the folks in line at the McDonalds.

I've had the unbounded joy of visiting a large retail park this morning.
If I could add a scale of 1 - 10 to the experience, it would be about 27½..

Freely is the new version of Freeview. If your TV has a hdmi socket then there should be no problem connecting a Roku etc.

What's happened to Freeview?

Nothing it's still going, freely is a joint venture between all the uk public service broadcasters. Unlike Freeview which is also a joint venture it's internet based and not via an arial or set top box. Freely is 1st time all can be viewed via smart TV. It's more like a beefed up Freeview play but includes live TV not just catch up.
