A million Americans died. Sure, you can say they were old, or sick, or what-have -you, but the true test of any civilization is how it treats the people who need help the most. And these stories of fear mongering by putting covid on a death certificate go both against good practice and medical ethics. It is just a two for one, trying to diminish the damage done by covid and besmirch the medical profession because they are not telling the right what they want to hear. I have heard far too many of Mr. Murdoch's organizations fables not to recognize them when I hear them.

That’s because they’ve not had to watch people die of it. Knowing you can’t do anything about it, like Mrs 73 has had to do. Current uk deaths are around 310k and counting. In the mean time only a few weeks ago at the covid inquiry under oath the lead at the time and now for IPC at NHS England. When asked still stated that Covid is not air borne. Others under oath inc Jennie Harris still say evidence on masks is either lacking or shows little effect. All of which is total lies even now they are still covering own backsides knowing they got it so wrong.

Good afternoon from Leeds - snuck into town from the west rather than the usual south to confuse the Yorkshire Border Guards.

Edit - make that from the east.
Which is why I need a Garmin GPS when on a bike!

The Monument to the Women of World War II is next to the Cenotaph but rarely, if ever, mentioned..
I've pointed it out to to granddaughter & grandson when we've been nearby just so they're aware of it..

A good few groups and associations that are representative of women marched past the cenotaph today. Not all arm forces one group munitions workers or canary girls had very bright yellow scarves.
