Work completed for the week and a walk around the town to pick up a few bits and pieces.

I bought some pipe insulation and re-lagged the external pipes going to my heatpump as Mr Useless Builder Ltd. had damaged it whilst making a mess of fixing the balcony earlier in the year and I had forgotten to sort it out.

A grand total of €7 spent and not much time to fit. You would have thought the idiot would have fixed it to keep a customer happy rather than shout, roar and threaten like a lunatic. I wonder what he'll spend the €7 he saved on!

I bought a theatre ticket for tonight. Local one act play festival starts tonight.

Fog lifted by early afternoon but still low cloud so the world remains damp but not too windy.
A day of indoor chores so washing done and soup made the main things achieved. Lots of clearing up in my spare room/ bike store should be done but cannot be bothered.
Had an afternoon snooze instead.

Got my neighbour who works for Openreach to replace my bathroom light bulbs. Since I had spares and a stepladder handy it took him all of five minutes as he was obviously familiar with the type of fitment.
Working on a stepladder using both hands is beyond me now.
The bulb which was still working was also replaced as they were both fitted at a bathroom renovation at least 13 or 14 years ago.
We removed the bath and converted the bathroom into a semi wet room with shower which is much better in my view and no downsides so far.

Cat has been fed.

Soon it will be time to feed me.

Morrisons shopped. Self scanner would not release from its holder. Seems a very clumsy set up of having to scan your card on a reader to release the handset, er...now which one will than be ? Be chaos at busy times with someone picking up someone elses but thats typical of Morrisons to make a balls up of anything.
The biscuits that were half price at Ripon yesterday were equally marked 30p off but instead at the till had no reduction what so ever; purchase cancelled.
Still a total reading of £30.95 flipped to £24.95 which was the main reason for going there.

Why can't I just go with my own reality.

Why do they think I need two other realities?
