Fabulous supper of soup, then a Karachi-style lamb & chickpea curry with rice. Yeah, I know I said tikka masala earlier, but I was taught this particular one by a Pakistani friend whose family hails from Karachi.

The only way to improve it would have been to use a fattier cut of lamb. The diced lamb leg I used had been trimmed to within an inch of its life, but then I bought it for £1.50 on YS, so not really going to complain. Breast or shoulder would have been much better for this.
