Gym rest day , woke up to heavy :rain: and it's been off and on ever since so morning walk is on hold.
At least Mrs 73 is on a late plus shift so I get to see her a bit this morning as she will be back late night. Next few days we wont see much of each other due to being on morning plus so out early and home late.

Good morning from a grey and soggy Suffolk after yesterday evening's rain. Up and about early ready for a visit from BT as we can finally access super whizzy speed broadband round here so I'm being upgraded today. Don't really need it for my uses, but with the TV package it's cheaper than what I currently have.

A much needed coffee is just being finished.

Dry morning so far and looks likely to continue with some hazy sunshine.
Nothing planned apart from part loading the car for my next trip off tomorrow.
Flu vaccine tomorrow before I go but no mention of covid. There has never been any adverse reaction in the past so hoping for the same as I am booked on the 1255 ferry off.

Sunday afternoon, planned to change brake pads. Lifted bike awkwardly followed by excruciating pain.
Result, re-wrecked my shoulder.
So, lots of ibuprofen and pain killers.
Monday, limped about feeling sorry for myself
Tuesday, a physio appointment. Quicker than the local M.I.U. or the doctor. Just have to pay.

Great young man, the physio.
So now need to be careful, do recovery exercises, build strength and so on.
Wednesday, feels a lot better. But not enough for cycling.
Maybe tomorrow.
