Good morning from Suffolk where it's yet another bright, sunny and chilly start to the day. The first coffee of the day is a distant memory thanks to having woken up way too early and not being able to drop off again so I got up and made a cuppa.
There's a bit of shopping to be done for food for tomorrow's day out which I'll do once I've had breakfast (and it's a tad warmer!) and then out again for the family meal in town early afternoon.

A driech looking morning and high winds forecast for Mull but not where I currently am.
This weekend is the Mull Mod [ a gaelic music fest] and Calmac have had to put on an extra late night sailing to cope with the number of people going.
It also explains why I could not get a ferry booking to go home today.
Nothing planned as it does not look like a good cycling day but I need to start packing to save time tomorrow morning.
Son got back home in time for a few days before heading off to a triathlon in Wales.
I was never into distance running but was more of a sprinter up to 440 yards so goodness knows why he took up the distance stuff.

Overcast and cool start to the day, so with frozen chips on the shopping list, the car went to Waitrose. Kept on hearing the ping of unhappy self service tills and in due course as I scanned the £4 voucher for The Times the one I was using pinged. Assistant quickly cancelled the error, turned out the card offers from the mobile app are now automatically applied. Did a double check that the 50p off the chips and £1 off the cottage pie had also been applied, which they had.
Back home and disturbed by postie knocking on the door. My cycling glasses back at last - they had sent them next day special delivery by 1pm as opposed to signed for first class.
One wash load put out in the hope that the forecast sunny and breezy condition arrive and another about to be.
Then, maybe after lunch, the creak on the Ebike to try to be resolved.
