Feeling more positive today than I have in quite a few weeks. A week tomorrow I set off on my Epic Welsh Ride.

Not been a bad day. My back seems to be much better today. I can downgrade it from painful to merely being a bit stiff and needing to free out of I've been sitting down for a while. One of these days, I'll buy a standing desk.

Did some grocery shopping after work and then went for a twenty miler in a drizzle. Got slightly damp.

Plants in the front garden have been watered and a short walk up to the rail station and back done to collect tickets for tomorrow's outing (cycle reservations mean no e-ticket option ).
