Fabby supper of two slices of wholemeal toast, spicy beans & sweetcorn, sliced avocado and two eggs, sunny side up, plonked on top. Oh, and a nice as well.

Sort of greasy spoon truck stop meets yuppy brunch spot... Who cares though, it was bloody lovely.

Evening Aldi trek post the days main sporting action. Picked up a pack of adhesive hooks rated at upto 2kg reduced to £1.99. Should do for hanging up spare hangers in the airing cupboard amongst other things

Right, sorted out redelivery of my stock car programmes. Actually, I've chosen to go and pick it up from the nearest post office that offers the service. It's just less fannying around, and, weather permitting, an excuse to get in a bicycular bimble.
