Bird bath , garage roof and garden path still icy where damp so no ride 😞 for me, just not worth the risk.

Back to wet and windy here but according to reports the Tyndrum to Dalmally section of the A85 is still very icy with hard packed snow and cars in the ditch.
I once did a full spin with my VW van on that section downhill and bounced off the snowbanks on either side before ending up pointing the right way. No control whatsoever. The rest of the road was completely clear and black top the whole way.
I am booked on a ferry on Monday but current forecast shows that as the worst day of the week for gales.
