No rain here either. Just foggy but it is different from yesterday. Today we are under the fog and there is a pink glow coming down the loch from the east.

Waiting in for the engineer, boiler handed its notice in this morning, with immediate effect, no heat no hot water, I recon this could be expensive.

Reminds me, my brother said his had packed in too. Must give him a phone and ask how he got on. I didn't realise they were so expensive. I think I will stick with the old storage heaters............at least not much can go wrong with them. Hope it turns out to be repairable and doesn't cost too much.

we have chosen the house we want. now to see if the offer before our holiday (which he knows about - both holiday and offer) still stands. I will ring in an hour or so I think.
