I can't find my Var levers but I've now found Mr Summerdays speed lever which he swears by and normally I swear at!

I have painted the front door in the meantime, just having a cup of tea before heading back for round two!

I am busy sorting the masses and masses of cycling gear that is spread out all over the kitchen.
I have purloined a spare bookcase and am going to see if it fits in my 'bike space' then I can at least have all my crap in the one place, I needed an excuse not to actually cycle anywhere and now I've found it ^_^

Cup of tea first sounds like a great idea, along with a sandwich

What colour? You can't give us just half the story...
Door - off white, it's the porch door and the wood was showing in places, the actual front door is blue.... But when I choose the paint it turned out to be much brighter than I expected (still anything was better than the brown that we had when we moved into the house)

What about the rusty gate?
The rusty gate still has rust on it and I've been told not to attempt it, but equally he hasn't done anything.... I would like to paint it.... Do you think nitromours (?sp) would work on it? I don't mind the painting bit but hate the prep and cleaning up either side!

On the other hand if that was you offering to do it for me.....
