All very mundane news if you don't know what I'm on about!

It's not mundane at all Satnav - keep the updates coming. The status updates on your progress towards trikedom are one of the first things I look for each day.

The build-up to you getting your new trike seems to be coming to the boil quite nicely, and I can't wait to a) see pictures of it and b) hear your first impressions of it.

I'm with my son at the dentist. They gave him specs to wear because of the bright light. He looks like Ferris Bueller.

I did the dentist yesterday I poured with sweat & almost hyperventilated......... I was not the one in the chair either...

Today had been long. So far I have watched 3 films which were all more than 2hrs each.
Tomorrow probably won't be any better. My husband had to get me up and dressed at 5am so he can get the 6am train to Glasgow.

And now trying to work out what bits I need to buy.

2. 20inch inner tubes (why don't wiggle sell the schwalbe ones?)
3. A Klickfix handlebar adaptor for my ortlieb barbag.
4. ETA cycle breakdown cover

Ouch. This is something that seems to be frequently pointed out to me by my bikes as well! Hopefully n+1 that is due will not find the need to do the same

Schwalbe I found to be light and prone to punctures.

Schwalbe do various different weights of inner tubes and they are the only ones I use. I don't use many of them. On our big tour I went 8,700 miles before my first puncture and that piece if metal could have taken a lorry tyre out.

It's continental inner tubes I don't like!
