A dog has just joined me for a walk. Turned out they had thrown him outside for him to have a call of nature before they went out and didn't know he had joined me (this isn't something you get any choice over!) ....
good thing I have a set of keys for their house!

Dampness in the air here, 90% humidity for my walk from the school, looks like it's raining now.

Rain is on its way here. I'm about to go for a short walk round the park with Mrs R. 400m is about her limit today.

It had finally stopped here. She doing well then to be managing that far already! I still only manage twice that, so that out and that back twice a day on a good day! And it will take me 40 minutes to an hour to do it!

Ouch please pass on my best wishes and sympathies.

I am also doped up again on opiates (morphine and codeine together) as well as anti epileptic drugs to deal with nerve pain. I'm allergic to NSAIDs so have to rely on alternatives such as frozen gel packs, a tumeric compound and time.

Sadly I'm getting worse not better see the consultant next week.

err - she can't be any worse than my mother.... who seems to be avoiding talking to me after I told her I wasn't interested in hearing her complaining constantly about her father complaining constantly... now my step-father rings me instead

It can't be any more depressing than filling out a PIP claim which is the replacement for the DLA... that one is seriously depressing!
