Last night TVC beat up a huge spider that was in the lounge, it is now in the dustbin. This evening whilst in the bedroom drying off from my shower another huge spider walked up to me, I couldn't move quick enough TVC to the rescue again this time with the vacuum cleaner. My hero

Next doors at has just chased my cat back home.

Mine came flying through her cat flap whilst the neighbours head butted it at speed and is now dazed and confused on the patio.

Mine is smugly sitting this side of the door

According to a BBC report on TV right now, Dutch cyclists live one hour longer for every hour they cycle. That's not living longer, it's just spending more of your life on a bike!

My OH had just evicted a spider. Here convinced it is a homing spider because he does it every other night. Tonight's eviction didn't quite go to plan. It's raining so standing at the door he threw the spider away with a little more vigour than normal promptly followed by an "oh bugger" and a clatter. I'm so glad he uses a plastic glass to catch spiders in...


He's now outside in the rain in the middle of the highlands of Scotland looking for a plastic glass he threw away with a spider in it. It the spider has any sense it will find a new home this time!
