It flew over Swithland Reservoir today a beleive a mile or so from you did you see it . I was out riding in the area and never saw it but its been on Midlands newsOld Warden I believe, its final display![]()

No I didn't. It was still based at Bruntingthorpe in the days when I was gliding from Husbands Bosworth and I was lucky enough to see it depart whilst I was airborne just north of the gliding club.It flew over Swithland Reservoir today a beleive a mile or so from you did you see it . I went to the grammar school in Lutterworth (its only a comprehensive though really but the name stuck) in the mid 70s so saw them a lot, as well as the Red Arrows which were serviced at either Bruntingthorpe or Bitteswell and used to do one of their practice displays that was easily visible from the school field.No I didn't.
