On Sunday we were walking along the canal path near us and we saw 2 crayfish in the shallow part of the water, neither of us have ever seen them before. I went onto facebook and posted about them out of interest if anyone else had seen any, there are quite a few fishermen around so thought maybe someone else had come across them. Swapped a few comments with a couple of people, I wondered if you would need to purge them before eating them. The female in the conversation commented that she would be far more concerned with the amount of c**p sprayed onto non organic fruit and veg, end of conversation as far as I was concerned, this was just a comment about seeing crayfish for the first time, not interested in a debate on organic/non organic foods etc...
I would have thought somebody would have responded to this by now.
