Feeling foolish.
I joined a ride posted on Facebook that had a pick up point in Stretford. Lovely ride around Cheshire. By chance I was the only female. Some of them were riding no hands on a quiet stretch and so
I showed of too, (I can only go no hands going fsst) then as I was slowing down again, I caught my front wheel at the edge of the tarmac and came off. Oops.
The guys were very concerned about the bike, they straightened and tightened everything, then they checked I was ok too
I was. Sore hands though!

As long as the bike was ok

In other good, then bad, news: summer is on its way back, it's taking the long way round.

Indeed, it flew over about three times before heading due East. Old Warden is in Wixamtree about 2 miles away

The stew is what I'm looking forward to, the first one of the season is the best, it's the implication that summer is over and there us a long, cold winter ahead that bugs me.
