I often go along the river for a wind down ride. When there's a group going over they really make a lot of noise with their jangling Karabiners.Later today we's gonna walk across the Dome, looks like it's going to be a nice day for it!
In other Thames-side activities, the annual barrier closure is tomorrow. It starts around dawn and stays shut most of the day, with ''underspill'' (that's when they let water through underneath, churning up the water and attacting hundreds of gulls) starting at late afternoon. I thought about suggesting it for a Sunday London ride but my ability to get up to Hyde Park Corner by 9:30am is a little unreliable.
