Wow.... I didn't think that was possible!

About two years ago the MIL bought it for MrsWife for her birthday. It's on the DVD shelf still sealed in its wrap.

But it was on every year at Christmas I seem to remember as a child.... I thought no one could escape it!! But I will still watch a bit if I come across it whilst channel hopping even now.....

there's a railway engineering vehicle going passed cutting back trees. I woke up thinking I was in the middle of a fire because of there sound of hedge cutting! Now waiting for it to get out of hearing range!

(hoping to) trading it for a canal instead! (But just far enough from it not to hear the canal boats!)

But in all fairness this is a very quiet railway line. 1 train an hour in each direction, they usually cross at our house if they are on time.... sadly they run will midnight weekdays and to 2am Fri/Sat... and there is a Sunday service.

Last time I did it the battery only had 6 volts in it , charged it up and it was OK but this time I maybe not so lucky

nope - I have lived in some very remote parts of the UK where even a single motor vehicle is noticed....
But at 2am this morning, something doing hedge cutting on the railway was very noticeable, trust me!

One of the girls at our place left today to go on maternity leave, the baby's father came in and brought cake so we were all given a plastic plate and fork with a slice of carrot cake and a fruit muffin (not yet tried) . She has been asked to bring her baby in when he is born, he will be thoroughly coo'd over

err - having a rest from that at the moment.... don't even know what the current comp is. The light was amazing today and it was really hard coming home... I am hoping a couple of the shots will work for my annual family calendar this year...
