there's a railway engineering vehicle going passed cutting back trees. I woke up thinking I was in the middle of a fire because of there sound of hedge cutting! Now waiting for it to get out of hearing range!

Neither had I until a friend suggested we went to an "inter-active" performance! Arrived at theatre, given goody bags that contained bits and pieces that we were supposed to wave, blow, catcall etc. at strategic moments!
Hordes of people dressed as nuns (both sexes!!) folk in lederhosen and nigh on everything else that appeared in the film!
Quite bizarre! Theatre was full, though.

It's light, sunny and the washing is on now, so it had better stay that way!

A few weeks ago my wife found an old vinyl copy of the sound track in a local charity shop, what joy.
