I'm going through one of my regular "do I or don't I covet a Kindle" phases.

Do. The excuse is, books are cheaper & since your eye sight is failing the adjustable font is ideal.

I wouldn't bother personally. I have the kindle app on my phone, tablet and laptop. Out of the lot, I tend to read on my phone if I'm not reading a proper book.

But a kindle is much easier to read. the absence of a backlight is a great advantage.

@coffeejo CEX do some nice secondhand kindles for ~£50, I recommend the keyboard version.
