Bit quiet in here this evening, have you all gone the pub ??

I was on my bike! The only ride of the week because I have a busy weekend coming up. I also made a birthday cake which will need icing this evening.

So far this morning I have cleaned the outside of the downstairs windows and scrubbed the green stuff off the garden chairs.
I am now drinking my third pint, and about to start work (honest!)

Well I've had a fun day today. woke at 3am in agony, the return of the dreaded kidney stones, Barnet General by 6am. Transferred to the Royal Free, an overnight stay and a procedure sometime tomorrow. Good old NHS

It is a bit like that here, I can feel a giraffe coming in through a window that is open slightly.
The sun hasn't risen yet but it looks like it might be a good one.
